This indicator works great on all timeframes. It will show you the buy or sell momentum meaning if sellers are in control that will show you that red crossed over green and if Buyers are in control then you will see that green is crossed over red.
Website DiscordYou can also look at certain ranges for example if the green or red line breaks the 15 or 20 level that could indicate a early reversal or strong move.
